Employee Spotlight: Aaron Eichenbaum, Director of Sales

Our mission at Instawork is to create economic opportunities for local businesses and professionals, globally. In order to achieve that mission, we have built a team composed of talented and hard-working individuals who are passionate about connecting skilled hourly professionals with local businesses who need their services.

Our Employee Spotlight series takes the opportunity to highlight members of our team and to give a glimpse into our culture and what it’s like to work at Instawork. To highlight the diversity of our team, we’ve asked Aaron Eichenbaum, Director of Sales, to share more about his experience working at Instawork.

What do you do at Instawork and how long have you been with the company?

I’m currently the Director of Sales and joined the company in May 2019. I oversee Account Executive teams in both our Hospitality and Light Industrial verticals focused on bringing new Partners to Instawork. I’m also leading our SDR team across the U.S., which focuses on creating meetings between potential new Partners and our sales teams.

What initially attracted you to Instawork?

Two reasons why I joined Instawork:

  1. The opportunity to connect people to new work and businesses that will transform their personal lives.
  2. Helping to build a sales organization from the ground up and implementing new processes that help our sales team be successful.

What's your favorite part of your job?

Over the last 3.5 years, the market and our business have changed quite a bit, creating a fun and challenging environment with new problems to tackle with creative solutions.

The sales team has helped Partners during difficult times, like the global pandemic, when businesses were desperate to find labor and in the current economic time where businesses are being more selective with labor. Working with such a great team to continually move the business forward through unprecedented times has been inspiring.
